Registration is Now Open

The National Catholic Collegiate Conference (NCCC) is open to all young adults ages 18 to 24 from across North America – and their ministry and group leaders.

The cost for registration is $195 per person, which includes an all-access pass to the NCCC activities (including keynotes, workshops, collegiate hours at the thematic park, worship, music, concerts, prayer experiences, and much more). Additional fees apply for special luncheons. Hotel, transportation, and meals are the responsibility of the participants (and not included in the registration fee).

A one-day registration option for Friday and/or Saturday is available for $75 per person per day. It is possible to register for either one or both of the day-only options.

A special “Young Adults Alive” luncheon is scheduled for Saturday, November 19 at 1:00 PM. This optional gathering costs $10 per person if the fee is paid at the time of registration, or an additional $20 at the door. The National Catholic Student Coalition (NCSC) is sponsoring this lunch meeting.

Registration Instructions

All individuals must complete an online NCCC registration form via the registration link below. However, a school, parish, or organization that decides to attend as a group can make one payment for the entire group after all the participants have completed individual registration forms. Please download the following .pdf documents for further instructions on how to register. Please note that there is a $25 cancellation fee for any confirmed registrations that are subsequently cancelled.

Onsite Registration Information

Onsite registration, at the JW Marriott Hotel, will open at 12:00 pm on Thursday, November 17. All registered attendees should visit the registration booth to pick up name badges, program books, and welcome bags.

Individuals not pre-registered online may do so onsite at the JW Marriott Hotel registration booth on Thursday and Friday morning, or at the Indiana Convention Center Friday afternoon and Saturday.
